Meet Isabella
Hi, I’m Isabella (she/her), a Clinical Psychologist based in Adelaide, offering in-person therapy in Norwood and online telehealth across Australia.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, intense emotions, low self-esteem, or relationship difficulties—especially when the same patterns keep showing up despite insight or previous therapy.
Do you feel like…
You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive
You keep finding yourself in the same patterns in relationships
You’re hard on yourself or struggle to recognise your strengths
You’re self-aware but still feel stuck
You’ve tried therapy before and found it helpful at the time, but familiar patterns return after you stop attending
You want more than just coping strategies; you want deeper, lasting change
If this resonates, you’re not alone and therapy can help.
How I can help
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented.
Together, we work to develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. We identify connections between past experiences and current struggles.
Alongside this deeper work, I support you to build practical ways of managing emotions, navigating relationships, and responding differently to triggers.
Therapy with me isn’t just about coping, it’s about understanding yourself more fully and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Once you have scheduled an initial appointment, you will be electronically sent paperwork and questionnaires to complete.
You may be eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan, which allows up to 10 subsidised psychological sessions per calendar year. If this is of interest, you can arrange an appointment with your GP to discuss this option.
Once you have scheduled an initial appointment, you may want to consider the following:
Is there a specific issue or problem that I would like to discuss with the Psychologist?
What are my goals for therapy (i.e., what do I want to get out of coming)?
Is there a particular therapy I am interested in or reluctant to try?
If I have past therapy experience, what have I found helpful and unhelpful in the past?
If you are unsure how to answer any of these questions, that’s okay! You and Isabella can work collaboratively to establish what you want or need and what is the best way to achieve your goals.

At Bella Vida Psychology, we understand that life can be unpredictable and occasionally appointments need to rescheduled or cancelled. However, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice if you need to make changes to your appointment.
In the event of a late cancellation, rescheduling, or missed appointment, the following policy applies:
More than 48 hours (2 business days) notice - No fee
Between 25 and 48 hours (1-2 business days) notice - $100 fee
Between 0 and 24 hours (less than 1 business day) - 100% of consultation fee

We understand if you may feel apprehensive about telehealth therapy. There is strong evidence for the effectiveness of telehealth therapy in treating a variety of conditions.
Telehealth therapy is delivered remotely through video conferencing or phone calls. You do not need special software on your phone or computer. Telehealth may be right for you if:
You have a private and quiet space with stable internet connection or phone reception
You feel drawn to or comfortable with the Psychologist
If you have a busy schedule and reducing travel time makes therapy more accessible
If you live in rural or remote locations where access to psychological services are limited
Telehealth may not be for you if:
You do not have access to a computer or phone
You have unstable internet or phone reception
You experience significant and acute suicidal ideation
You think you will struggle to connect with the Psychologist online
Please contact us with any questions you might have about this.

At Bella Vida Psychology, we don’t work with people under the age of 18, individuals with Eating Disorders, or those experiencing Psychosis. We do not currently offer psychological treatment funded by DVA or WorkCover. We do not offer court related reports or assessments, forensic psychology services or work capacity assessments.
